Your choice comes first
Scripture Daily works without optional storage or analytics. We use one required cookie for up to 180 days to remember your privacy choice. Optional tools stay off until you allow them. Scripture Daily is the controller for the data described in this notice.
Bookmarks and preferences
If you allow bookmarks and preferences, this browser stores your saved passages, reading position, theme, and text size. That data stays on this device. We do not receive it. Turning this choice off deletes it.
Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Mixpanel receive device and usage data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, page views, and general actions in the reader. We use that data to understand and improve the site.
We do not send the passages you read, your bookmarks, or your search text to analytics. Advertising storage and personalization remain off.
Google and Mixpanel process this data for us under their own terms. Analytics retention follows the settings in our accounts with those providers.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers the site and may process IP addresses, request details, and security signals to operate and protect the service. This processing is required to provide the site.
Sale and advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off.
Control and deletion
Use the Privacy button in the reader to change your choices at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection. Turning off bookmarks and preferences deletes that browser’s saved reading data. You can also clear site data in your browser.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
